**Job Summary**

The Inventory Controller is responsible for monitoring and managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy across all platforms, and identifying any discrepancies or inefficiencies. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of inventory management systems.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; process purchasing orders as required.
- Maintaining inventory cycle counts and accuracy against the inventory operating system(s) to meet demand.
- Perform regular inventory counts and compile inventory reports.
- Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records.
- Analyze inventory data and trends to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Generate regular inventory reports and present findings to management.
- Perform all tasks in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
- Repetitive standing, bending, crouching and periodic lifting.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Inventory Controller, Inventory Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent math and analytical skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Intermediate skills in computers/software including MS Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Post-secondary education an asset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to organize and execute directions in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
