We are hiring an Inventory Control Clerk at our 1725 Sargent Avenue Location

This position reports to the VP of Finance and Administration and works closely with the Senior Accountant, Purchasing and Production team. The Inventory Control Clerk is an integral part of the accounting team.

This person performs and executes daily inventory control measures and auditing tasks to maintain a high level of inventory accuracy both physically and systematically. This position ensures that inventory is being handled and transacted according to corporate policy and procedure in the ERP system, and that information is being processed on a timely basis.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Organize, conduct, and reconcile routine cycle counts.
- Process inventory receipts, transfers, and adjustments in EPR system for all locations.
- Compile Inventory KPI reports and other inventory reports.
- Analyze inventory trends and assist with maintenance of Min/Max levels.
- Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Close work orders.
- Review and enter routers updates.
- Assist with documenting and verifying SOP’s related to inventory.
- File all paperwork to be organized and easily accessible.
- Organize annual inventory counts.
- Assist with the set up and maintenance of inventory scanning systems.
- Serve as back up for tasks within the accounting department.
- Perform other duties as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE**
- 2+ years in accounting with inventory experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong Excel skills along with proven competency with Microsoft Office in general.
- Excellent communication, collaborative and teamwork skills.
- Effective organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Experience in a global currency environment is valuable.
- Ability to travel to offsite locations within the city when necessary (mileage paid) is an asset.
- Occasionally lifting cases of product between 20-30 lbs.

**This position is full-time, 100% in office, 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday.
