**Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead and manage the kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality dishes are served.
- Develop and design seasonal menus that highlight fresh ingredients and culinary trends.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food handling, and safety practices.
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimizing waste.
- Monitor kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and quality control.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and safety standards.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Experience in menu planning, cost control, and kitchen management is essential.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and guests.

Pay: $52,078.05-$72,140.87 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
