We are seeking an **experienced and professional Chef de Partie**. This position is full-time and the hourly pay includes **health benefits and tips**.

The **Chef de Partie** will play a key role in supporting the restaurant's vision for consistent, high-quality food and ensuring that it is delivered in a professional, safe, and efficient manner.

Experience with **Latin American** cuisine is an **asset**.

**REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES**
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within their specific section
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in training line cooks
- Preparing fish, meat and other prepared items
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring par levels are communicated to Sous and/or Head Chef
- Work as a team with the Executive Chef and FOH management to properly prepare for daily service
- Following standard operating procedures for ordering, delivery intake, cleaning and other BOH duties
- Assist in properly receiving and storing delivered items
- Clean food prep areas, equipment, and utensils and strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines
- Strictly adhere to WHMIS and MSDS guidelines
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail with a creative flair
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and nights
- Must be energetic with a passion for food and a positive attitude
- Must be able to clearly give and follow oral and written instructions
- Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism (i.e., punctuality, commitment to the job, well-groomed, mannerly, great teamwork etc.)
- Long periods of standing and walking are required

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
