Our tours consist of local hotels, private guides, airport transfers, transport between cities, and special experiences (e.g., hot air balloon ride). Our Procurement team finds destination management companies (DMC) around the world who provide these services, or they source them directly. The Product team curates these product components and then weaves them together into itineraries that span varying price levels and themes.

**Job Description**:
The Operations Specialist is responsible for daily yacht and villa department operations including organization and assistance of yacht and villa trip documents, assisting sales teams with booking procedures and files, preparing yacht and villa trips before travel including client preference sheets & final documents. The Operations Specialist will be the point of contact between Yacht Captains, villa management and concierge teams, and clients during trip travel and answer any 24/7 calls during trips traveling. Further assistance with ongoing department projects will be required during low travel & booking season.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support all yacht and villa trip operations from booking process (quoting, contracting & file management) to successful completion of travel (ops and 24/7 support while clients travel)
- Provide assistance to the yacht and villa sales team with booking operations and communication with central agents, hotels, and local DMCs, work with internal teams to arrange tours & dinners
- Work on assigned yacht and villa projects as needed including product itinerary refresh & research, organization spreadsheets, creating final documents, organizing marketing content
- Maintain booking and project organization in shared teams’ folders

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in Yachting industry is an asset
