Ar/ap Administrator

This is the description for the position of AR/AP Administrator. A minimum of five years related accounting in addition to accredited accounting courses. The position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing and control of day-to-day accounting activities.
- Accounts payable.
- Accounts receivable.
- Maintains and updates customer files and customer service agreements.
- Experience with Open Invoice.
- AR collections.
- Prepare payroll.
- Answer phone.
- Quickbooks Desktop.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build a good rapport with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as other accounting software programs.
- Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain absolute confidentiality in record keeping.
