As we continue to grow we are looking to add a **Accounts Payable Support Administrator ongoing contract** to the Scandi Family

**This role will be a full time in office position based out of our Edmonton head office. Hours Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm**

**What your day to day will look like**:

- ** AP Accounting;** assist with monthly recurring uploads and splits, enter and maintain payment data, assist team to upload invoices into Sage, assist with supplies AP entry as needed
- ** AR Accounting;** reconcile monthly AR on work orders in Sage, create monthly accrual based on reconciliations and recurring extras at month end, and reconcile and code expenses for all company corporate credit cards

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Must have minimum 1-3 years previous experience in an AP Administrator role
- Post secondary education in Accounting would be an asset
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures
- Proficiency in Excel
- If you have experience with Sage and/ or KissFlow considered an asset but if not happy to train
- Ability to foster positive working relationships while adhering to tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to self manage and reprioritize in a fast paced environment
