**Job Title: Office Administrator - Thompson Career College (London Campus)**

**Job Summary**
Thompson Career College is seeking a proactive Office Administrator to keep our campus operations running smoothly and deliver an exceptional front-desk experience for students, faculty, and guests. Reporting to the Campus Director, you’ll be the first point of contact at our London, ON campus—overseeing day-to-day administrative workflows, student record-keeping, and general office coordination. If you’re highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting adult learners, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
- **Front-Office & Student Services**:

- Guide prospective students through initial program information, campus tours, and appointment scheduling.
- **Administrative Coordination**:

- Maintain student files, enrollment contracts, and attendance records in compliance with private career college regulations.
- Prepare class lists, term schedules, and grade-sheet templates for faculty; distribute course materials as required.
- **Office & Facilities Management**:

- Order and track office / classroom supplies, coordinate IT or maintenance tickets, and keep common areas tidy.
- Organize on-campus events such as orientation sessions, job-fair visits, and guest-speaker workshops.
- **Financial & HR Support**:

- Process tuition payments, issue receipts, reconcile petty cash, and assist with basic bookkeeping data entry.
- Track employee timesheets and vacation requests; onboard new instructors with building access and workstation setup.
- **Regulatory & Compliance**:

- Help prepare documentation for audits (e.g., Ministry, DLI) and ensure records are retained per college policy.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information at all times.

**Qualifications**
- College diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years’ administrative experience—ideally in a post-secondary or training environment.
- Proficiency with MS 365 / Google Workspace; comfort learning SIS or CRM platforms.
- Top-tier written and verbal communication skills; bilingualism (English plus Punjabi or Hindi) is an asset.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, accuracy with data entry, and a knack for juggling multiple priorities.
- Friendly, solution-oriented attitude and genuine interest in helping students succeed.

**Schedule & Compensation**
- **Hours**: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.5 p.m. (occasional evening/weekend events).
- **Compensation**: Competitive salary + benefits; performance bonuses tied to student satisfaction metrics.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
