**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage payroll processes and maintain accurate employee records.
- Handle human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on best practices.
- Maintain financial records using QuickBooks for accurate bookkeeping.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely service delivery and compliance with agreements.
- Organize files and documentation to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist in team management by coordinating schedules, meetings, and events.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of human resources practices and payroll management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for file management.
- Experience in vendor management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
