**Job Title**: Office Administrator / Personal Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Office Administration**:

- Oversee general office operations, supplies, and maintenance.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
- Support HR-related tasks such as job-posting.

**Personal Assistant Duties**:

- Provide comprehensive personal and executive support to the President.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and prioritize daily tasks.
- Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Assist with confidential or sensitive matters with discretion.
- Run errands or handle personal tasks as required.
- Coordinate personal and business-related events and engagements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, executive assistant, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
