**The Opportunity**
We are currently looking for a Training Coordinator, providing training to promote quality, efficiency and safety by developing the knowledge and skills of the employees.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Prepare training material (presentations, workshops, quiz, videos etc.)
- Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
- Conduct training sessions in groups or individually
- Conduct evaluation of trainees to determine learning outcomes
- Determine overall effectiveness of training programs and make improvements
- Electronically update the employee’s training record with attendance, evaluations, and any other relevant training records or certificates

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a trainer
- Experience in designing course content
- Working knowledge of modern training techniques and tools
- Working knowledge of teaching methodologies and tools
- Ability to address training needs with complete courses
- Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Powerpoint, Word and Excel)
- Above average presentation, communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of their field of expertise and solid technical aptitude
- Able to explain complex topics in a clear and interesting manner
- Capable of creating a positive learning environment, motivating trainees, and evaluating learning outcomes
- Able to schedule training sessions to minimize disruption to employees’ normal duties, while ensuring that they achieve the levels of knowledge and skills necessary for their jobs
- Must be able to prioritize and be flexible with changes
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Able to deal effectively with employees from diverse educational, linguistic and cultural backgrounds
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant technical field preferred
