**Training Coordinator/Scheduler**

Our consultants are cross trained to present various training programs in the health and safety field, including Working at Heights, First Aid, Supervisor Competency, and more.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Generate a training schedule with consultants’ availability and proactively managing calendars and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Plan, coordinate, and finalize details with all ongoing Health & Safety training, as well as offsite client training; for over 14 consultants
- Enroll all participates for their scheduled training, assist in any guidance required with creating their accounts through the Ministry
- Prepare all documentation for standard or specialized training based on organization and type of course, including certificates for participants
- Maintain and track all training records for all participants and upload in our client database
- Maintain and track all training records for Safety First employees and upload in internal database
- Maintain updated curriculum database
- Manage and maintain in-house training facility, equipment, and materials
- Design, prepare, and order educational aids and materials
- Responsible for all Health and Safety registrations on Skills Pass and Canadian Red Cross
- Prepare invoices and/or quotes for training sessions
- Work with department managers and company leadership to determine when to schedule training sessions and programs based on inquiries
- Report directly to the H&S Coordinator

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in similar role
- 2-3 years’ experience in related coordinator or scheduler position
- Basic knowledge of health and safety industry and training requirements in Ontario
- Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
