**Job description**

The right applicant will be meticulous with a focus on accuracy; takes pride in the quality of their work with uncompromising integrity and a strong work ethic with a “gets the job done” mentality.
You should have a post-secondary degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative assistant type role. Excellent communication skills, bilingualism is a must. Well-developed organizational and time management skills, able to handle different tasks in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities while keeping deadlines in mind. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
**Tasks, include but not limited to**:
- Manage new & existing business service request, follow-ups & communications.
- Online transaction preparation and submission for new business and/or communications with client and suppliers.
- Answer all incoming calls in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. Respond to inquiry or accurately redirect calls, and relay messages as necessary.
- Accurately add and maintain advisor contracting, licensing, as well as E&O information.
- Ability to follow processes, contract establishment, new business issues, claims, underwriting procedures and guidelines.
- Coordinate the implementation and registration of new groups.
- Cooperate with partners/insurers by providing all information and forms required.
- Skills in training, client education and support with respect to company systems, products, benefits, processes, and procedures.
- Actively participate in problem resolution.
- Exceptional (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills.
- Develops lasting, positive, and value-adding relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Ability to demonstrate judgment, integrity, and honesty.
- Strong sense of confidentiality
- Professionalism, resourcefulness, and capacity to work independently
- Other administrative duties include but are not limited to ordering supplies, sending letters, scanning documents in order to maintain client electronic files and ensure their compliance.
**Salary**: $42,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
