**Company Overview**

The Wentworth 1 is dedicated to providing exceptional renting experience in our luxury rental properties.

**Summary**

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team at The Wentworth 1.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring transactions are properly recorded on a timely basis.
- Reconciliation of monthly bank statements.
- Reconciliation of rental income to companies' monthly rental rolls.
- Handling of accounts payables, including the review of invoices for accuracy, approval and payment.
- Prepare monthly financial reports including a statement of revenue and expenses and a balance sheet.
- Assistance in the identification and setup of a software program suitable for a real estate company.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with accounting software, particularly is an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Excel software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32,808.59-$61,209.02 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Halifax, NS
