Are you an experienced and dynamic leader ready to take on the challenge of managing a bustling rehab clinic? We're seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual to fill the role of Clinic Manager at our thriving rehabilitation center.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, including therapists, administrative staff, and support personnel, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and patient-centered care.
- **Operational Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining high standards of quality and service delivery.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance clinic performance, expand services, and achieve growth objectives, in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- **Financial Management**: Monitor clinic finances closely, including billing processes, revenue cycle management, and expense control, to maximize profitability and financial sustainability.
- **Staff Development**: Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to staff members, promoting their growth and advancement within the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in clinic management or healthcare administration, with a strong track record of success in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Excellent multitasking abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities, deadlines, and responsibilities effectively.
- Thorough understanding of billing and coding procedures, with the ability to fully monitor billing processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $22.31-$47.11 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 44 per week
