**Overview**
**Title**:Program Manager Assistant
**Status**: Permanent Full-Time
**Hours of Work**:Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm. With the ability to flex hours depending on the needs of the organization.
**Starting Rate of Pay**: $21.19
**Plus Mileage** Reimbursed at $0.43/km as applicable
The Program Manager Assistant will report to the appropriate Program Manager and provide direct support to all of Cheshire’s Program Managers, rotating support for each program. The Program Manager Assistant can expect to split time between different program locations and is expected to travel between London and County programs on a regular basis. This role works collaboratively and supportively with all members of staff to improve and deliver effective and efficient attendant services and support the organization’s operations.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare materials for consumer on-boarding and consumer’s services reviews; prepare new employee onboarding and orientation packages for each program.
- Assist with conducting and collecting annual equipment inspections and other program audits.
- Track and run reports about Employee completed and expired skills, certifications, forms, and training for Program Managers.
- Assist programs with communication out to consumers and employees and reaching out to consumers to collect a variety of information.
- Work with mínimal supervision and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders of the organization.
- Desire to offer help and take on additional task or committees to assist Program Managers and the organization.
- Take the initiative to stay up-to-date on organizational changes and ensures programs are up to organizational and legislated standards.
- Handle confidential information.
- Communicate with Program Managers to assist with program goals and anticipate program needs to support each program, staff, and manager.
- Additional tasks as directed.
**Requirements**:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and listening skills.
- Effective time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and organization workloads.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and similar deadlines.
- Excellent organization skills to stay organized while travelling between and working with multiple programs.
- Problem-solving skills used to obtain requested information or direct others on whom to contact or where to access the information.
**Qualifications**
- Valid G-class driver’s license and automobile insurance and reliable access to a vehicle.
- A clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Advanced computer skills, including using Microsoft Suite.
