**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Enter data into databases and spreadsheets. Maintain accurate records of data entry activity.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation, such as Order Placements, Invoices, reconciliation, communications, reports and files.
- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
- Enhancing product catalog, adding details / pictures to refine product listings.
- Any additional task related to office administration.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data management, data entry, administrative assistance role.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, Problem Solving and a Self starter.
- Proficiency and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Minimum High school or College graduate.
- Special attention to detail and strong Organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Advanced knowledge of general office procedures and practices.
- Able to be flexible on schedules.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week
