**Job Description**:
This role will report to the Director, Cyber Security Governance, Risk & Compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creates and publishes technical documentations and manuals.
- Collects and interprets technical data or information and coordinates layout for publication.
- Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manual
- Research, develop and document all types of documentation
- Produce electronic documentation
- Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
- Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
- Manage updates and revisions to technical documentation
- Produce high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience
- Working with internal teams on product and documentation requirements
- Writing easy-to-understand user and developer guides
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience

**Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree, first degree, or equivalent experience in Technical Communications
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of related experience
- Proven experience working in a technical writing position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to deliver high quality documentation, paying attention to detail
- Able to work with SMEs and to obtain technical details
- Follows documentation process from initial draft to final document approval
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Skilled at prioritization work and multi-tasking
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures

Desired qualities
- Be outgoing, enthusiastic, and comfortable working with small and large teams
- Experience with security concepts, best practices, and relevant controls
