Book keeper, admin, and personal assistant - full time position available 9-5 in an office setting.

1. Well versed in Sage accounting software and tech savvy.

3. Flexible schedule - longer hours may be needed from time to time, as-is a change in hours, from time to time, including the occasional Saturday

5. Able to take direction and complete tasks Independently to meet critical deadlines

6. Works well under pressure, and is able to react efficiently and effectively to time-sensitive requests

7. Create and submit estimates, reports and proposals for review and submission to clients

8. Upon project award, coordinate procurement of materials

9. Constant Follow up with the Office Team - requires thoroughness and excellent organization skills

10. Have at least 3 years administrative experience.

11. Manage and maintain filing and storage systems (both on desktop and in paper)

12. General office duties - answering phone calls, monitoring stock of office supplies, etc.

13. Some warehouse work is required - organizing / cleaning, sweeping the warehouse.

14. Bookkeeping experience IS A MUST

15. Having Own Vehicle is Preferred - Live in close proximity

16. Organizes Showroom in Downtime and helps others.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
