Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

About Us:
We are a growing company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role combines bookkeeping, administrative duties, and general office support to help keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll support).
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks.
- Assist with administrative duties including filing, document preparation, and data entry.
- Support office operations such as answering calls, responding to emails, and coordinating schedules.
- Prepare and update reports as needed for management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, either 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, depending on company needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping and office administration required.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks (or other accounting software) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
