**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies.
- Oversee team management activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among staff.
- Handle budgeting tasks, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Process payroll accurately and on time while maintaining confidentiality.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Develop training programs for new employees to enhance their onboarding experience.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting as needed.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely procurement of services and supplies.
- Serve as the front desk representative, greeting visitors and answering inquiries professionally.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Experience in team management and training development is a plus.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and payroll systems is essential.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
