**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Service** **Sales Representative who has previous experience in selling lift truck and its parts** for our client in Vaughan, ON. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a strong technical background.

**Duties**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, telemarketing, and networking
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer information

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in technical sales or inside sales (sell Service and quote Service and Parts for Lift Trucks, selling new and used forklifts, Racking, Scissor Lifts and Sweeper Scrubbers.)**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to customers
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of telemarketing techniques and strategies

Shift: Mon to Fri

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.55-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
