At **Kaizen Sales Agency**, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional promotional experiences, and we are looking for a **Retail Sales Representative** to join our team In this role, you will engage directly with customers at our various retail locations such as Canadian Tires, Giant Tigers, COSTCO's, and partnered petrol stations, promoting automotive maintenance and car care products to a highly receptive audience

**Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Representative**:

- Engage with customers in retail stores, initiate conversations, and build strong relationships.
- Demonstrate and promote automotive maintenance and car care products, educating customers on their benefits and proper use.
- Recommend tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Provide a professional, enthusiastic, and positive shopping experience.
- Track customer interactions and share feedback to help refine sales strategies.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and events to stay informed and continuously improve.

- Personal vehicle with a valid driver's license is an asset but not required, we provide transport for all our associates.

Pay: $45,760.00-$60,000.00 per year
