Toromont Material Handling is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for connecting with the sales team to ensure all customer relations are dealt with in a timely manner.

**In a typical day, YOU will**:

- Demonstrate safe and environmentally sound work behaviours at all times in support of Toromont's Health and Safety Policy, Programs and initiatives
- Prepare and transmit equipment and work tool orders to vendors
- Review orders and acknowledgements to ensure accuracy
- Assist and collaborate with Sales Representatives and Service Coordinators for new equipment sourcing
- Provide administrative support to Supervisor including internal system updates and forecasts
- Assist internal customers with all order related issues, including transit times, equipment specifications and troubleshooting

**Must-haves for this role**:

- Post-secondary education
