Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Service Representative located in Vaughan, ON. The Sales Service Representative will interact with customers to understand their pest control needs, provide tailored solutions, and promote the company's services. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes, closing sales, managing service appointments, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also involves collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Customer service, relationship-building, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle inquiries and appointments efficiently
  • Communication skills (verbal and written) for engaging with customers professionally
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to work with CRM systems
  • Experience in a service-based or pest control business is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
  • Availability to perform the role on-site and familiarity with the Vaughan, ON area
