**Hours**:8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (40 hours week/5 days, Monday - Friday)

**Inside Sales**
- Handle customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and quotes.
- Manage completion timelines with staff and customers
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill customer orders and requests.
- Process incoming orders using Sage Business Vision.
- Provide tracking for all orders to both customers and sale representatives
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Analyze customer sales.
- Book and manage all trade shows.
- **Assist both Operations Manager and Vice President in all duties**

**Profile**:

- 2 years of related experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
- Supervisory experience, strong leadership qualities
- Exemplary Communication and Written English skill
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- Adaptability, flexibility are required for this position as well as advanced critical thinking skills

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Inside sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
