**Responsibilities**
- Provide unparalleled customer service by paying personalized attention to each client and their household.
- Assist primary partner in business administration as well as client servicing.
- Prepare material for client review meetings.
- Prepare and submit account opening documents.
- Submit transfer requests and follow up accordingly.
- Help manage schedule and organize meetings.

**Experience**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in wealth management or a related field (ex: banking, full practice brokerage, institutional money management, etc).
- Excellent customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical skills, with the prioritize task and organize workload.
In working with the our wealth management team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible insuring smooth internal operations in order to best serve a clientele composed primarily of high net worth individuals. This role requires strong organization skills and work ethic.

**Responsabilités**

**Expérience**
- Expérience avérée en gestion de patrimoine ou dans un domaine connexe (ex. : banque, courtage à service complet, gestion institutionnelle de fonds, etc.).

En travaillant avec notre équipe de gestion de patrimoine, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans l'aide aux clients pour atteindre leurs objectifs financiers. Vous serez responsable d'assurer le bon fonctionnement interne afin de mieux servir une clientèle composée principalement de personnes fortunées. Ce rôle nécessite de solides compétences organisationnelles et une éthique de travail exemplaire.
