We are a fast-growing Tactical and Outdoor fan based business looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help us reach new heights. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Leading a team of high performing marketing associates
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels
- Collaborating with our design team to create visually stunning content
- Analyzing market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies
- Managing social media accounts and engaging with our community of followers
- Identifying and utilizing new technologies to improve our marketing efforts

In addition to your marketing and technology expertise, An asset for this role would be to have a deep love and understanding of the Outdoor Industry and understanding of the Tactical law enforcement environment.

**Your skills/experience**
- Post-secondary education in Business or Marketing.
- 5+ years’ experience in Marketing Communications, Retail/E-commerce industry is an asset.
- Very strong knowledge of customer marketing/retail marketing best practices
- Proven ability to manage projects and competing priorities, while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Proven track record of driving results and working in a very fast-paced environment
- Exceptionally strong communication skills
- Strong sense of teamwork and the ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams **Experience building consumer-facing digital services and experiences **Strong leadership skills and proven history of leading successful teams **obtain and maintain a Level 2 security clearance(Winnipeg Police Service)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
