As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their team

Reporting directly to the Vice President, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing targeted marketing strategies tailored to the retail environment. This role is designed to drive sales, elevate brand visibility, and foster meaningful customer engagement. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for developing, monitoring, and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing materials align seamlessly with the brand's identity.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and mentor a marketing team, including a Graphic Designer and Social Media Coordinator, ensuring timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Strategize, develop, and execute retail marketing campaigns, from concept to completion, encompassing content creation, copywriting, and promotional activities.
- Manage the marketing budget with a focus on video production, photography, and social media content.
- Act as the main liaison with the marketing agency, coordinating bi-weekly reviews and overseeing third-party marketing efforts.
- Create and implement seasonal marketing plans, including advertising templates for new store launches.
- Analyze sales data and customer insights to refine strategies and enhance campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the executive team and departments to develop in-store promotions, displays, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices.
- Manage advertising plans, in-store materials, and coordinate with mall management for advertising opportunities.
- Regularly brief the Executive team on campaign progress and outcomes.
- Plan and execute product launches, ensuring seamless communication and promotion.
- Partner with retail teams to maintain brand consistency and elevate the customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking skills.
- Clear and effective communication skills; enthusiastic, engaging and motivating.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and understanding of graphic design principles.
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- A degree or diploma in marketing is an asset but not required.
- Relevant certifications or training in marketing, creative content development, retail management, etc. would be considered an asset.
- Solid experience and knowledge of digital and traditional marketing, including various platforms and software.
- **This position is on-site - remote or hybrid work environment is not available.**
