Marketing Manager

Reports to: Director of Marketing

**MAJOR PURPOSE**
- Lead and develop a highly productive and engaged marketing team, to increase brand awareness and qualified inbound lead generation to increase sales. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department, including managing Marketing Team, managing marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing materials are in line with our brand.

**MAJOR DUTIES**
- Research and implement digital marketing strategies to increase qualified inbound lead generation.
- Be the champion and implementer of the “They Ask, You Answer” framework
- Provide relevant reporting and analytics to identify growth opportunities: o Key results and predetermined KPIs such as website traffic, lead generation, revenue attribution, etc.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Identify new opportunities for lead generation
- Own the use of our marketing technology platforms
- Coordinate with our Content Manager and Videographer, on the scope and direction of content creation
- Collaborate with our Sales Team on lead qualification, marketing-to-sales handoff processes etc.
- Nurture and coach marketing team members
- Conduct research to gather customer and market insights
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Oversee Marketing department budget
- Collaborate with Leadership Team to understand business objectives and revenue goals as part of the strategy development process
- Proactively study digital marketing trends and news to inform growth strategies and opportunities
- Oversee paid media advertising campaigns
- Own our website performance, with a focus on optimizing for search and user experience

**Training & Professional Development**
- Participate and endorse IMPACT training and “They Ask, You Answer” framework in all marketing

- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Exceptional understanding of SEO

**Relevant Work Experience**:

- Minimum five years experience in managing a Marketing team
- B2B marketing experience
- Minimum five years experience with SEO and PPC strategies and best practices
- Historical track record of success in a digital marketing role
- Public relations/communications experience an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
