As a Marketing Specialist, you
- you will be responsible for coordinating various marketing projects and initiatives.
- You will work closely with the Marketing Director, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and collateral.

What You’ll Do

This role requires excellent project management skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Essentially, you will
- Coordinate and manage custom design marketing pieces:

- Develop project quotes based on the project's scope.
- Provide design and copywriting instructions to creative teams or freelance designers.
- Obtain approval on quotes and creative from the Marketing Director.
- Manage reviews, change requests, and translations as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with relevant processes and guidelines.
- Deliver completed marketing collateral.
- Own and manage the project tracker for ongoing marketing projects within the marketing team.
- Maintain trackers by updating project information and timelines.
- Process invoices from marketing agencies and vendors, ensuring accurate payment.
- Access and utilize marketing systems and tools for various tasks and processes.
- Submit custom materials to internal teams or external vendors for printing or production.
- Assist in the delivery of presentations and other marketing materials.
- Make minor edits and revisions to marketing content as needed.
- Attend meetings and provide updates on project statuses as required.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure compliance with marketing standards.

Education & Experience
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Organized multitasker who can handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Customer service experience with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills with intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of design software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with team members.
- Quick learner who can adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.
- Experience in the financial industry is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of coding is an asset.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
