The Creative Services Manager will oversee and guide the creative team to deliver high-quality, innovative designs and campaigns that align with client objectives and branding standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients, managing project timelines and budgets, developing creative strategies, and leading design, content, and multimedia initiatives. The role requires fostering a productive and collaborative work environment while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.QualificationsStrong leadership and team management skills to oversee a creative team and guide project executionProficiency in Creative Design, Graphic Design Software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and BrandingExperience in Project Management, Budgeting, and Meeting DeadlinesExcellent Communication, Collaboration, and Presentation skills to work effectively with clients and internal teamsKnowledge of Marketing Strategies, Digital Marketing Tools, and Content DevelopmentCreative problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail and quality assuranceExperience with multimedia initiatives, including video production, is an assetPreferred qualifications include a Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in a creative services or marketing leadership roleSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesAdvertising ServicesWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
