**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Directing calls as required
- Taking phone messages
- Taking lubricant orders
- Greeting and servicing walk-in traffic
- Assisting with customer bill payments (cash, cheque, credit card, debit, etc.)
- Arranging lubricant orders for walk-in traffic
- Ensuring gas customer sales are processed
- Daily cash reconciliation
- Filing invoices and statements as required
- Federal tank registration and tracking
- Skid tank tracking (database)
- Document scanning
- Monthly batch credit card processing through online system
- Take lubricant and other phone orders
- Forward fuel orders to dispatch
- Communicate with suppliers regarding shipments
- Communicate with warehouse for stock requirements
- Certification and compliance

**Skills**
- Proficient in using phone systems with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage files and documentation efficiently.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Clerk or Office Administrator is preferred.
- Ability record transactions accurately and efficiently while multitasking in a busy environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
