The Opportunity

Deveraux Developments is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Regina.

You will...
- Ensure accurate processing of payables transactions in compliance with Deveraux's policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to reconcile month-end invoicing and payments
- Handle the preparation of cheques and EFT payments
- Maintain effective communication with project vendors
- Provide administrative support, including occasional reception coverage
- Generate ad hoc reports as needed
- Support relevant department and division projects
- Cultivate a positive and harmonious work environment
