- Responsibilities:_
- _ Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently._
- _ Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts._
- _ Ensure timely payments to vendors while maintaining positive vendor relationships._
- _ Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting as needed._
- _ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues._
- Qualifications:_
- _ Previous experience in accounts payable or accounting preferred._
- _ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping._
- _ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel._
- _ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills._
- _ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment._
