**Key responsibilities include**:

- Process weekly cheque & EFT payments to Suppliers
- Perform EFT banking uploads
- Process on-line bill payments
- Verify payment support documentation
- Various administrative tasks
- General office support

**Preference will be given to an individual who possesses**:

- Invoice Payment experience;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to problem solve and multi-task;

- Basic skill level in spreadsheet software & word processing;
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing;
