We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating service requests. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate service requests, ensuring that appointments are scheduled and technicians are dispatched efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service details in our computerized system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer support or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
