**Parkland Dental Associates is a modern, patient-focused dental clinic in the heart of Stony Plain, Alberta. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care in a warm and friendly environment. We're looking for a Client Care Coordinator to join our front office and help ensure an outstanding patient experience, from the first phone call to follow-up care.**

**As our Client Care Coordinator, you'll be the first and final point of contact for patients and play a vital role in keeping our clinic organized, efficient, and welcoming. This is a dynamic position that combines dental administrative expertise with compassionate patient service.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Financial & Insurance Coordination_
- Collect and record payments in practice management software
- Balance daily transactions
- Create and manage patient payment plans
- Coordinate patients’ dental insurance needs
- Maintain accounts receivables
- Patient Communication & Chart Management_
- Greet and assist patients with care and professionalism
- Maintain and update patient records and contact information
- Collect medical histories, consent forms, and coordinate referrals
- Send and receive letters, prescriptions, and lab work
- Appointment & Schedule Management_
- Book, confirm, and coordinate appointment needs for clinical team
- Fill schedule openings and meet daily/monthly booking goals

**What You Bring**:

- Experience in dental or medical administration preferred
- Familiarity with dental practice management software
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Friendly, professional demeanor and commitment to patient care
- Proven ability to adapt and perform under pressure in fast-paced, team-driven environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Dental Office: 1 year (preferred)
