**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

The shop coordinator is responsible for assisting with equipment load list and hotshots. Ensures the shop work is completed in an effective and timely manner, while maintaining a high level of safety and upholding company goals.

Â- Coordinate routine maintenance in the shop on equipment and vehicles.

Â- Create and maintain comprehensive Maintenance documentation and reports as needed.

Â- Communicate with supervisors and project managers in assisting with equipment load lists and hotshots.

Â- Maintain and stock inventory using company system.

Â- Full presence in shop for equipment readiness and deliveries.

Â- Full priority on vehicle of equipment preparation of last-minute load packing, inventory, pick up etc.

Â- Inspect and identify equipment in need of repair such as oil changes.

Â- Plan repair work using equipment vehicle manuals as needed.

Â- Orders supplies and materials with required approvals for repairs and maintenance.

Â- Insurance, registration, and inspection requirements '“ updates and tracks for the company fleet of trucks and trailers.

**Skills and Requirements**

Â- Completion of post-secondary education in Mechanical, Procurement, and related discipline.

Â- 3+ years of previous Shop Coordination experience.

Â- Proven work experience as a Shop Coordinator or similar role.

Â- An ability to maintain equipment with mechanical knowledge.

Â- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.

Â- Strong teamwork skills and time management skills.

Â- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project), and any maintenance software.

Â- Experience with housekeeping duties.
