**Duties**:
1. Processing receipts.

2. Administering pre-authorized debits.

3. Maintaining postdated cheques.

4. Preparing monthly bank reconciliations and financial statements.

5. Inputting chargeback items.

6. Posting miscellaneous charges as instructed.

7. Assisting owners and tenants in relation to their accounts.

8. Communicating with property managers regarding the accounts of their properties.

9. Arrears collection by mail.

10. Relieve the front staff as instructed.

11. Any administrative tasks as assigned.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
Our office is open to the public. The reception desks are protected by plexiglass panels. Kiosks with plexiglass panels were set up at our reception area for staff to have conversations with customers.

**Experience**:

- accounts receivable: 1 year (preferred)
- property management accounting: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Richmond, BC V6X 2W8
