At Blüm Childcare Academy, we believe in nurturing each student’s sense of wonder, belonging, and curiosity through a Montessori and Reggio-inspired approach. We are seeking a **Level 3 Early Childhood Educator** who embodies warmth, professionalism, and a deep commitment to early learning.

About the Role:
As a Level 3 Educator, you will play a key role in guiding students through meaningful learning experiences, creating environments that inspire exploration, and supporting a culture of respect and care within the classroom community. You will serve as a leader and mentor to fellow Educators, helping to maintain the high standard of excellence that defines Blüm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences rooted in Montessori and Reggio philosophies
- Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment that fosters independence, creativity, and joy
- Support and mentor team members, modeling professional practices and collaborative care
- Observe, document, and communicate student learning stories and developmental progress with families
- Build warm, trusting relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Ensure compliance with Alberta Child Care Licensing regulations and Blüm’s high-quality standards

Qualifications:

- Alberta Child Development Supervisor (Level 3) Certification
- A passion for early learning and a commitment to nurturing the whole child
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience in Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or emergent curriculum is considered an asset
- Current First Aid/CPR and clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening

Pay: $17.50-$45.27 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
