**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that accommodates children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Lead classroom activities that encourage creativity, exploration, and social interaction among students.
- Monitor and assess children's development to identify areas for improvement and provide appropriate support.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space conducive to learning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
- Strong leadership skills to guide students effectively within the classroom.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.
- Commitment to promoting an inclusive environment for all children, including those with disabilities.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and the development of young learners.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $23.41-$27.29 per hour
