**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages children to explore and learn.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development.
- Maintain an organized classroom that is conducive to learning, ensuring all materials are accessible.
- Lead classroom activities that promote teamwork, leadership, and social skills among students.
- Utilize computer operation skills for record-keeping, lesson planning, and communication with parents.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for children.

**Qualifications**
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
- Time management abilities to balance lesson planning, teaching, and administrative tasks.
- Leadership qualities to guide children in their learning journey and foster a positive classroom culture.
- Proficiency in communicating effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A background in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with using technology in the classroom for educational purposes is advantageous.
- Ability to write clear lesson plans and documentation related to student progress.
