Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a nurturing and supportive learning environment. **Duties**:

- Develop and implement developmentally appropriate activities
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive learning experience
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress
- Create a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, diversity, and inclusion
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the classroom

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate activities
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/guardians
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a classroom

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.41-$19.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
