**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging educational activities. Your expertise in early childhood education will be essential in guiding children’s learning experiences and promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents regarding their development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support a collaborative learning community.
- Utilize computer operation skills to maintain educational records and communicate effectively with staff and parents.
- Demonstrate leadership by guiding classroom activities and mentoring assistant teachers or volunteers.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities.
- Communicate effectively in both English and any additional languages spoken (bilingual skills are a plus).

**Qualifications**
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in a classroom setting with young children is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices in education.
- Ability to write clear lesson plans and educational materials tailored for young learners.
- Proficiency in computer operation for administrative tasks related to classroom management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration within the educational environment.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
