**Job Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children which fosters their development through engaging educational activities. You will play a crucial role in shaping the early learning experiences of children, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and inspired to explore their world.

**Duties**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to express themselves.
- Utilize effective organizational and time management skills to maintain classroom order and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Educate children on fundamental concepts through interactive play, storytelling, and hands-on activities.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
- Support children with special education needs by adapting teaching methods as required.
- Foster bilingual communication skills in students, particularly if you possess proficiency in additional languages such as French.
- Lead classroom activities that promote social skills, emotional development, and cognitive growth.

**Experience**
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education settings is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide young learners effectively.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$19.38 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
