**What you will do**:

- Process accounting files for various departments.
- Cash balancing and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and post daily deposits.
- Process accounts receivables and collections.
- Initiate credit and reference checks with credit institutions when necessary.
- Process accounts payable invoices; reconciliation of supplier statements; payment of supplier statements.
- Liaise with customers to collect arrears receivable.
- Process and reconcile receivables from manufacturer.
- Maintain sublet repairs, sublet accounting schedule, and sublet items such as towing charges and vehicle rental charges.
- Assist in preparation of monthly statements through reconciliation of various accounts.
- Assist in preparing fiscal year-end working papers for auditors.
- Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives, and procedures.
- Help out with any month-end duties (i.e. warranty, and insurance/loyalty submissions).
- Other responsibilities if needed to assist the Controller.

**For this role, come equipped with**:

- Experience working in the automotive industry.
- Experience working within an office with accounting functions.
- Excellent organization and keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- The ability to develop positive relationships with all personnel and management.
- The motivation and drive to work independently with little supervision.
- Demonstrated reliability in attendance.
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is considered an asset.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
