Vacancy for a Finance Clerk at Head Office; reports to the Director of Finance. Processes monthly attendance sheets for independent contractors (Home Child Care providers); generates electronic payment transactions to Home Child Care providers; submits client attendance information to the City Of Ottawa using OCCMS; processes approved and coded accounts payable invoices for payment; provides backup to Head Office receptionist.

This position is a nine-month contract (February 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025).

**Requirements**:Bilingual preferred but not essential; knowledge of Sage 300 an asset; proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word); excellent attention to detail; functions well within a team environment; a diploma or certificate in Accounting or Business or equivalent is an asset, as well as relevant work experience.

Hourly rate of $23.98 per hour plus 4% vacation pay.

Contract length: 9 months

Pay: $23.98 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
