**LRL Engineering is seeking a Finance Clerk to join our team**

We are looking for another star team member to join our team

We're not looking for a traditional Finance Clerk because we aren't your traditional engineering firm. We're cloud-based (but not remote), tech strong and extremely, client-focused.

**Accounting Duties**
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles
- Creating invoices for clients
- Communicating with client regarding invoices/payments
- Processing and monitoring incoming payments
- Weekly/daily invoicing by department
- Reporting irregularities to project managers

**Administrative Duties**
- Perform reception duties such as answer phones, greet client and provide a professional and positive client experience
- Maintain front entrance and reception area for cleanliness
- Maintain office supplies and coordination company events
- Manage insurance requests, certificates and policy renewals
- Open projects in our accounting system (BQE CORE)
- Prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) submissions and coordinate with Project Managers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast pace environment
- interpersonal communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong client-service orientation, courtesy, diplomacy and professionalism in interacting and communicating with others
- Attention to detail and accuracy / Problem-solving
- Bilingual (English/French) an asset / Customer service
- Post secondary education in Business Administration
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in accounting
