As a Reel Department Associate, you will become an essential part of our Mississauga facility, ensuring that our warehouse processes run seamlessly and our products reach our customers in the best possible condition. **Responsibilities**: - Operate the "REEL DEPARTMENT" within the Receiving division, managing all empty reels within the facility. - Conduct thorough physical integrity checks on reels and ensure they meet our quality standards. - Skillfully paint sizes and the NCS/Noramco name on reel flanges, maintaining a consistent branding identity. - Participate in the disposal process of reels designated for garbage or scrap. - Oversee the complete RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process, including physical counting, verification of property ownership, size and condition checks, and documentation of discrepancies. - Collaborate with the sales team by providing RMA discrepancy information and necessary backup. - Liaise with the administrative team to streamline RMA processing and address any discrepancies. - Prepare empty reels for the cutting lines, including inspection, minor repairs, painting, labeling, and placement in the ready inventory for Production. - Assist in maintaining reel inventory within the Mississauga Yard. - Provide backup support for receiving functions when required. **Qualifications**: - High attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance. - Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively. - Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is an asset. - Basic understanding of inventory management processes is advantageous. - Must have a strong work ethic and be reliable in meeting deadlines. **Why NCS/Noramco**: - Join a well-established company with a history of success and innovation. - Be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment. - Opportunities for growth and professional development within the organization. - Competitive compensation package and benefits. - Embrace a culture that values diversity and inclusivity. **How to Apply**:If you are ready to contribute your skills and enthusiasm to our team, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you're the perfect fit for this role. **Note**: NCS/Noramco is an equal opportunity employer.
